I called the store from Puerto Rico and Ms. Karina or Corrina, (sorry if I don't get the mane right), was very helpful, patient and sweet. They sent a dozen roses to a friend that had lost her husband. Delivery was fast and they loved the flowers. Thank you so much. Customer service is the door to a business and yours was excellent. Went here to get a last minute arragement, and WOW were they prepared!!! Flowers EVERYWHERE, on the tables, on the floor, in display cases, pre-orders, walk in specials, Everything! Impressive

From calling to place the order to receiving a phone call from delivery due to a mixup on the address this flower shop was phenomenal. Everyone was very friendly and the delivery driver went out of his way to find the correct address for this delivery. Will definitely be using Ann's again.

Ive had the greatest experience with them… They had just gotten sone with a major delivery the day before but was able to help my brighten someone day up and possibly save a life in the process They are friendly and helpful and Jennifer is amazing at helping make an idea a reality! For those who have problems with online orders taking forever remember you never know if there online selection in inaccurate, make a curtesy call promise it’ll be beneficial.

They created the most beautiful arrangement of Carnations and fillers ! These flowers really made my Mother so very Happy. Everyone at the facility has commented on how lovely the bouquet was. Thanks so much for doing such wonderful job.

We had a memorial service for my Grandma Mavis today, and the staff remembered us from 7 short months ago when we lost our Mom, Pam. It’s rare to find a company that cares like all of these sweet ladies do. They nailed the “English garden” theme we asked for. I couldn't get out of my lunch plans so I started looking online then I remembered a family owned shop close by that I had met in past encounters. I located Anns Flowers Shop online, called them and explained the situation and the budget I have for the arrangement. I am super late leaving this review, as my wedding was in October. I used Ann’s for my bridal bouquet, and corsages for my mom, mother in law, and sisters. To say they did a beautiful job is an understatement! I consulted with Ann, and her daughter for my bridal bouquet. The end result was more beautiful than I imagined. And, they were able to bound my bouquet with my daddy’s tie, as I requested. Also, my maid of honor used them for my bridal shower corsage… which was also beautiful! I found their prices to be super affordable, and they went above and beyond with great customer service. I highly recommend Ann’s for any floral needs.
